With over 18 years of experience in marketing and business development, Lauren has dedicated her career to driving growth and building strong industry relationships.

Throughout her career, Lauren has played a critical role in launching and expanding offices across Central Texas, helping firms build strong client relationships and establish lasting market presence.

As Co-Founder and CEO of Setterbo Engineers, Lauren oversees business operations, client relationships, and the firm's strategic direction. She serves as a trusted resource for clients, helping connect the right people and navigating challenges to keep projects moving forward. Lauren is responsible for the overall health and growth of the business, including financial stewardship, strategic planning, and cultivating a work environment for their employees to feel comfortable, supported and able to thrive in their role (and ideally, have a little fun while doing it!).

Lauren is an award-winning and active leader within the Texas development, design, and construction communities. She has served as President of the San Antonio chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) and as a longtime member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). In 2025, she was selected as one of five women across North America to participate in the inaugural Urban Land Institute Women's Leadership Initiative Entrepreneurs Program. In 2026, Lauren was named to the Top 40 Under 40 by the San Antonio Business Journal.

Outside of work, Lauren volunteers her time with multiple church and community organizations. She loves spending time with her husband and three children while exploring the outdoors.
