Life Point Church

SAN ANTONIO, TX

The expansion of the 9-acre Life Point Church campus included new facilities and parking areas, requiring careful integration of improvements within an active, developed site.

Setterbo Engineers provided comprehensive civil engineering services encompassing site clearing, demolition, grading, paving, drainage, and the design and coordination of wet and dry utility infrastructure. Site planning and grading were developed to efficiently accommodate the building and parking expansions while maintaining connectivity with existing facilities and infrastructure.

A portion of the property is located within the FEMA 100-year floodplain, presenting an additional consideration for the proposed improvements. Our team prepared detailed hydrologic and hydraulic analyses to evaluate existing and proposed drainage conditions, and developed a floodplain strategy supporting the planned expansion while meeting development objectives.

The project required extensive coordination and permitting with the City of San Antonio, Bexar County, TxDOT, San Antonio Water System, and CPS Energy. Through an integrated approach to site design, water resources, utility coordination, and permitting, our team developed practical engineering solutions that addressed site constraints while supporting the continued growth and long-term needs of the church campus.
