The renovation of St. Martin Hall restores 13,000 square feet as part of the school's campus modernization initiative.
Located in the heart of the campus, this project implemented low impact development through various rain gardens, bioswales, and a rainwater harvesting tank while providing pedestrian-friendly connectivity throughout the property. Drainage analysis was required to size on-site storm drain infrastructure as well as analyze the potential for off-site impacts. To offset project costs, Setterbo Engineers utilized existing utility connection points to minimize impact fees as well as leveraged existing infrastructure to eliminate stormwater fees.
