Early project efforts included evaluating development feasibility and preparing a Master Development Plan addressing site access, utility availability, drainage and floodplain constraints, grading requirements, and the infrastructure needed to support the property's phased buildout. Our team also led the platting process and coordinated the required regulatory approvals to advance development.
Engineering services included floodplain reclamation and the preparation of construction plans for public water and sanitary sewer extensions, public roadway and drainage improvements, and mass grading. The project also required extensive coordination of access driveways and off-site infrastructure to connect the development with the surrounding roadway network and support a range of commercial and industrial uses.
